This drink is a garden in a glass, combining freshly juiced Bowery Parsley with liquid chlorophyll to create a refreshing mocktail.

Ingredients
  • Bowery Parsley, 1.25 oz, juiced (Note: if you do not have a juicer, very finely chop ~1 tablespoon of herb and muddle instead)
  • 1 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll
  • 1 oz aloe juice
  • ½ lime, squeezed
  • ⅓ cup sparkling water
  • Optional: sweeten with a few drops of stevia, or 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Preparation
  1. Layer ingredients in a glass. Shake over ice, then serve with parsley garnish.
