- Bowery Parsley, 1.25 oz, juiced (Note: if you do not have a juicer, very finely chop ~1 tablespoon of herb and muddle instead)
- 1 tablespoons liquid chlorophyll
- 1 oz aloe juice
- ½ lime, squeezed
- ⅓ cup sparkling water
- Optional: sweeten with a few drops of stevia, or 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- Layer ingredients in a glass. Shake over ice, then serve with parsley garnish.
