Green Goddess Dressing With Bowery Basil

It’s no surprise that Green Goddess dressing originated in California—packed with fresh herbs and vibrantly colored, just making a batch can make you imagine sunny days and palm trees. Did we mention it’s a cinch to make and goes with almost any vegetable? 

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • ¼ cup Bowery Parsley
  • ¼ cup Bowery Basil
  • ¼ cup chives
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • kosher salt
Recipe Preparation
  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until herbs are thoroughly incorporated.
