Pico de gallo is a classic for a reason—it’s an easy-to-make, crowd-pleasing dish. As with all simple recipes, the key here is using the freshest produce you can find. 

  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 limes, juiced
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • Bowery Cilantro, 1.25 oz
Recipe Preparation
  1. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, onion, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Roughly chop cilantro and mix into chopped tomato mixture. Serve with chips and guacamole.
