Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon white miso
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- water, to thin
Recipe Preparation
- Whisk together tahini, miso, ginger, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons water in a medium bowl until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Serve over your favorite greens!
