Bites with Bowery: Seamore’s Presents a Sustainably Sourced Meal

Bowery hosted its third installment of our Bites with Bowery dinner series.

Bowery hosted its third installment of our Bites with Bowery dinner series on Tuesday, December 4th at the new Seamore’s location in Brookfield Place. These events bring Bowery and a chef’s missions to life through a shared meal, welcoming positive discussion about innovations improving our food system today.

Seamore’s longstanding commitment to sustainability inspired a multi-course menu curated by Executive Chef Christopher Cryer. Our CEO, Irving Fain, and Seamore’s co-founder, Michael Chernow, hosted the intimate dinner, which featured ethically sourced ingredients from land and sea. See below for more about the delicious meal, and special thanks to the team at Seamore’s for a memorable evening.
